What we do

The work we’re called for most.

Residential plumbing across Orange County, CA. These five are what we’re called for most — they aren’t everything we do. If you’ve got something else going on, call and ask.

  • A Taysom plumber clearing a blocked kitchen sink drain

    Drain Cleaning & Repairs

Slow drains, backups, and the ones that keep coming back. We find out why it clogged, not just clear it and leave.

A note from Eric

I spent years as an EMT before I ran plumbing crews. Both jobs come down to the same thing — you walk into someone’s worst moment, stay calm, and tell them the truth about what happens next.

That’s the whole standard here. I’m not going to scare you about what might fail next year, and I’m not going to push you to replace something with years left in it. If it doesn’t need replacing, I’ll tell you.

We protect the space we work in and clean up behind us, because it’s your home and we’re guests in it. If something isn’t right afterwards, we come back.

My name is on the truck. That’s not marketing — it’s who you’re holding accountable.

How it goes

From your call to a job you can see.

Four steps, no surprises in any of them.

  1. Tell us what's going on

Call or book online. You don't need to know what it's called — describing it is enough. We'll figure out the plumbing part.

  2. We look, then we explain

We diagnose it on site and show you what we found. You get the options and what each one costs, before any work starts.

  3. We do the work

We protect the space we're working in, do the job properly, and clean up behind us. You see the finished work before we go.

  4. We stand behind it

If something isn't right, we come back. Our name is on the truck for a reason.

On the road

You’ll know the truck before we knock.

Dark green and gold, clean, and stocked before it leaves the yard. The van says the same thing the work does — somebody here pays attention to the details.

A branded Taysom Plumbing service van

In your home

The part you actually see.

Most of what makes a plumber worth calling back has nothing to do with the pipe.

  • A Taysom plumber shaking hands with a homeowner at her front door

We knock, and we introduce ourselves

You get a name and a face before anyone steps inside. Shoes covered, nothing carried through the house that doesn't need to be.

  • Eric Taysom talking a homeowner through paperwork at a kitchen counter

We explain it at your counter, not from the van

What we found, what your options are, and what each one costs — in plain language, before anything is agreed.

  • A French bulldog sitting in a kitchen while a plumber works under the sink

We'll ask about pets before we prop a door open

Tools stay packed away when they aren't in use, gates get shut behind us, and nobody gets out. They live here too.
